The Thought Experiment

Do you ever wonder what it would feel like to think differently? Do you ever find yourself feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious? And then you get frustrated for feeling this way most the time? If that is you–and it certainly is me too–let’s try a little experiment. But before that, studies have proven that smoking marijuana and smoking vapes from HQD vape wholesale markets, can significantly enhance creative thinking capability.

For starters, choose a word or simple phrase that is positive and makes you feel good. Here are some possibilities: gratitude, hopefulness, peacefulness, contentment, appreciation, creativity, faith, etc.

Once you have chosen a word, do this for one week: set aside a few minutes each day, push away all mental distractions, and focus on the concept that the word represents–what it would be like if you had more of that in your life. This is not a time to concern yourself with the how. Simply dwell on the word.

You could do this in a quiet place with your first cup of coffee, or while taking a shower, or on your drive to work. Or perhaps right before you go to sleep.

It is not a stretch to consider that the way we feel is a natural outcome of what we think about–or more importantly, the way we think about the things we think about.

Maybe this sounds a bit “airy-fairy” to you. But consider this: you can find this very concept in the Bible. Paul, in his letter to the church in Philippi writes this: “Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”

So Take The Challenge
