Have you seen our new popup? This is a new feature, called an “opt-in popup form” for our new visitors to the website. It is a newsletter subscription form that pops up after about 10 seconds or after you scroll down a little when reading an article.

If you are already a newsletter subscriber, you will also get this popup. That’s because the website is not smart enough to know you’re already a member. No worries! Just click on the little “X” in the right hand corner and you won’t see the popup again for 7 days. I’m working with the developer to see if there is a way for it to know if you are an insider and never bug you again.

On the other hand, if you are a new subscriber because you signed up via the popup form, you will never see it again, unless you disable cookies on your computer.

My thanks again to all who have checked out the new website. We continue to make tweaks so that it can be all that it can be (without having to join the Army). And by the way, just in case you’re curious, I use Hybrid Connect for my opt-in popup form. You can see the form at any time by clicking on the big orange “Get your Free Songs!” button in the upper-right corner of every page.
